    Solution: to improve the curing temperature; stirring evenly; strictly according to the ratio of weighing; to extend the curing time.

    2. The coating is too brittle: too much curing agent; curing speed is too fast; curing temperature is too high, curing.

    Solution: in strict accordance with the preparation; reduce the heating rate ladder heating; strictly control the curing temperature, so that below 100 ℃.

    3. Coating pores: stirring speed too fast, mixed with air; viscosity is too large, wrapped in air; empty when not pressed hard.
